To prepare a reading we ask for the child's first name, the child's full date of birth, whether the child is a boy or a girl, and the parent's or guardian's email address.

Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We keep only the payment confirmation needed to link your order to your reading.

We also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed and general device or browser details, used only to keep the site working and to measure advertising performance in aggregate.

The child's first name, date of birth, and boy/girl selection are used solely to generate the personalized reading you requested.

The parent's email address is used to deliver the finished reading and to respond if there is a problem with your order.

We do not use a child's information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making of any kind.

A child's name, date of birth, and reading are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

Our advertising measurement never receives the child's name, date of birth, reading results, or your email address. Advertising platforms only see anonymous page-view and purchase events.

The only parties who ever process order information are the service providers required to run the service: our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database provider.

Order details and the generated reading PDF are retained for 12 months so we can re-send your reading if you lose the email or need support.

Payment records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and hold no child data beyond the order reference.

After the retention period the order details and reading file are deleted from our systems.

A parent or legal guardian may ask us to delete a child's information at any time, for any reason, at no cost.

Email us from the address used at checkout via the contact page and ask for deletion. We confirm and delete the order details and reading file, normally within 30 days.

You may also request a copy of the information we hold, or ask us to correct it.

This site is intended for parents and legal guardians, not for children. We only accept information about a child from an adult who confirms at checkout that they are the child's parent or legal guardian.

If you believe a child has submitted information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

Information is stored in access-restricted systems. Reading content and order records are never readable from the public website, and reading files are served only through short-lived private links.
